look at the changes made to it, billstein dampers and what not. it is nice to know that the car was tested at 12.9 secs though.

It's made especially for rally racing and does very well on road courses too. I'm sure it runs a great quarter mile, but just imagine what it can do on a rally course, because that's what it was designed for. thumbsup

Evo looks good but i wouldn't buy it b/c mitsubishi is in heavy debt and chrysler bail out on mitsubishi selling 33% of shares.
I don't think that mitsubishi coporation will last for long [my opinion]
If mitsubishi bankrupt the car will depreciate like crazy...
cry
I will support WRX instead even though Evo looks way better
wink

It's a nice car. I like Evo's. But I still don't know why people buy those instead of real sports cars. rolleyes

the really scary thing is that the only way you can tell the difference is the solid black mirrors on the side (i think), and no wing. So, even in an Evo8, the RS is sneaky.

I'm thinking about trading in my Celica in on one, either that or a WRX STi. I haven't decided yet. Kinda leaning toward the Evo right now, but need a job first.

yeah its nice, that's why im waiting for it to come out.
i was originally gonna get evo8, but the mr has much better spec and features, such as the new yaw-system, s-vcd, better shock and strut, tcs, better Turbo, BBS gunmetal rims, tranny, some aero parts that helps it slide. and etc.
over all its much better car than evo and only 3,000 $ more.
so its not bad for the price..

I love the celica looks and feel becuase its a sports car, but I want four doors. Evo has all that. That is why Im saving up to trade in for an Evo.
