So I've heard that Celica's in the Asian and Euro market are rated at 190hp and that this is largely due to the ECU.

Theorically would it possible to order a JDM speck ecu and swap it into a us speck Celica and get those gains? (Aside from the fact that it would likely be hella $$$).

Is it legal to do this? Would a JDM supplier even sell one to a US customer?

Dunno but I think Apexi is beter.. since if you get Apexi on a european car you still have some gain
