Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior 2 layer tints anyone?

I have a black 35%tint but i want to put another layer of dark blue tint. I bought the film and put it agianst the black tint just to see how it would look, and it looks nice. Its looks black from 5 feet away. but then at a certain angle it looks dark blue.

Another question.. will it mess up my current tints if i put it on and then take it off if i dont like it?

i think that it would mess it up if you took the new layer off...

put it on and give it a whirl...

if not then take it all off and redo the black

It's still better to go with 1 layer of darker color...
Cause each layer will cause slight distortion..
Tints aren't perfectly transparent...
With multiple layer of tint, it will have like little out of focus look...
