so far it works nicely. i can totally tell a difference in torque compared to my old injen short ram. and i got some pics of it so you can see the difference between gen 1 and gen 2.

as you can see where the MAFS is located next to the throttle body instead of on the middle of the tube.

I thought AEM wasn't making the gen 2. Where did you get it?

gen 2 is different from Version 2.. gen 2 AEM fits autos and manuals

AEM said they arent going to make a V2 for our car. but ya anyways. the pipe is supposedly just bent different in the gen 2 over the gen 1. and the placement of the MAFS. as far as the fogs go, got them at walmart for $40 bucks. i forget the name of the company though. sorry.

Where did you get the gen. 2 and how much? Did you get the bypass valve or just don't think you will need it?

I also got an AEM Gen 2 installed about a month ago and im loving it. one problem though i pop my hood this morning to check on it an i notice that my ECU cooling tube is rubbing against the VSV bracket(see itchyvi3t 1st pic)would this be a problem and create a hole in the tube???just wanted to know,thanks
