OK, so I seen 2Fast 2Furious today, and watching all that Hollywood speed made me feel this little ->.<-

So I brought out the camera, and asked my friend to tape my exhaust while I'd try to make blue flames come out of it like in the movie.. lol

This is my exhaust..

As you can see, no flames.. But if you watch carefully, you can see the camera twitch while my friend flinches with fright from the noise..

I love that exhaust, deep and not ricey.. But mixed with a yellow car, it kinda screams "Look at my Copper!!" Oh well, I've got a silencer for when I get scared.. wink

It's a Revolution from AC Autotechnics.. A no-name muffler that no one I know has ever heard of, but I took a chance (and got lucky in my opinion)..

Exhaust: $120
Installation: $40

I had it put on a little after I got the car so I didn't really notice gains (considering it was still during the "break-in" period and I've never punched it yet wink ), but I can tell a difference when I drive my car and my friends stock '03 Celica GT.. By how much I don't know.. The exhaust is the only "performance" mod I have on there so far..

The exhaust claimed a 10% gain in hp, but as to how reliable those numbers are, I dunno.. grin

10%!? That would kick ass if it was true. Thats 14 hp to the crank man and like 12 to the wheels. I wish those numbers were true, but they aren't. Oh well.

Get it Here [acautotechnic.com] and YES it came with a silencer..

But word of wisdom: NEVER hand-tighten the silencer on.. rofl

we have an account with AC Autotechnic to sell them in the Ecelica Store... but they are UNIVERSAL exhausts and many people complain about not being able to "INSTALL AN EXHAUST THEMSELFS" (ie, that the system isnt bolt on...)

Heck - Celica was one of the first that *I* ever saw that didnt require someone to weld the exhaust into place rofl thumbsup

Good job though... your setup sounds awesome!!!!!

if Selica's exhaust sounds like mine and has the same setup, maybe Steven's exhaust sounds like it as well, what do you think Steven?
