I've had the Kumosport bushings sitting in my car since the first Bat meet where I purchased them off this guy. Before the meet I heard that if these bushings are installed in the shifter assembly, the shifting will be more precise and feel more confident.

Well I finally installed them yesterday and all I gotta say is that I love them. They really do work well. After installing them I took my car out for a spin and it felt soooo nice. Shifting gears felt so much easier and gives it a more mechanical feel where it just locks into gear w/o any play in the shift assembly.

All in all, I recommend everyone w/ a manual to do this mod. It's only about $20-$30 and just does wonders. For those that buy the TRD short shifter, it comes w/ special bushings and i am not sure if they are compatible. I think they should work w/ all other stock shift assemblies or even short shifters.

Where can these be purchased? I want the TWM SS, does that come with these cool bushings or do I need to purchase them? Will they even work with the SS?

I think when you purchase short shifters they come w/ the bushings, but i'm not exactly sure. these are great, i should have installed them earlier. they are sooo easy to install!!
