I am ordering exhaust and intake and possibly some other things..strut/sway bars,right now..as long as it is for a 2000 celica it will fit my 2003 right? Also does anyone know anything about the TRD lowering springs?

Yes everything for the 00-02 celica should fit a 03 celica.
