OK so im about to pull out my 5SFE engine/transmission and I was wondering if i will need to take my wheels off at any point...and any tips from people that have pulled this off would be apreciated also ;D

LOL are you sure that you will be doing the work. The answer is yes. Ripping your tranny out includes removing your cv join out. I don't think you can pull it out w/o removing your wheels. I've never done it so i could be wrong, but i really doubt it.

you should write out a instuctional on how to do this as you do it,and add pics.

IMHO, it is easier to pull the engine and tranny together and then do the tranny work.

all i can say is... have fun with that one :p

took me three days... but that was with some rather unfortunate complications frown

and yes, if you are taking the tranny out, you need to take the wheels off in order to pop the axles out of the tranny. At the very least, the driver's side one... you might be able to get away with leaving the passenger side on, but you might as well take them off- it will take all of 30 seconds to get them off, and will really help you out.
