I'm sure someone has done it themselves...I just had a couple questions as i'm receiving it this week! grin

- do I need any special tools? i.e. a 'punch' ?
- do i need the vice? (as according to instructions)
- overall difficulty?

thanks all! wave

This install is very very easy ... there's only one tricky part and that is getting the pin out of the shifting assembly to remove the shifter itself.

I'd say no more than 1 hour to do it all.

I'd say using a vice to remove the balls would be recommended as it makes it a whole lot easier also.

I did the install at night with a shop light. I recommend you do the install during the day smile

I agree. I couldnt imagine struggling with those balls without a vice. But the overall install is very easy.

Good luck
