Ok, so in about 15 mins a rather large hail storm will be hitting my city, but my car won't fit in the garage(too much shit in it atm). what should I do to prepare my car so that it doesn't take any significant damage during the storm?

I was thinking of Bungeeing a Tarp to my car with a blanket underneath, what do you guys think?

Well, I'd rather you clean out your garage and stick it in there. But if that's not 100% an option then idunno

tarp and lots of blankets thumbsup

Yeah, right now I have a GTI 1.8T up on Jackstands in the garage, Putting on new exhaust, springs, tires, rims, brakes, Pretty much a whole new suspension, and then we're putting in the new ECU which will utilize the Turbo to it's full potential, but yeah, that's why i can't put my car in the garage.

Call your insurance company now. tongue Also, a trap or blankets, just make sure you weigh them down so they don't slide all over and scratch the Celica up.

Thanks guys for the speedy replies, I just took 4 cinder blocks and took a bungee from the block to the ring on the corners of the tarp, and took the comforters off the beds and used them for padding, hopefully it works cus the hail is starting to fall eek My dad already called the insurance company to notify them of the storm so that if any damage were to happen we'd be covered for repairs... and we are smile

Maybe I could say the crack in my rear bumper was caused by the hail and get it fixed for free by my insurance?? grin
