I use a regular black bra on my car & use a magnetic bra on my hood when I'm traveling a lot. It has saved my car from many a nick. I only drove my car for about 1.5 years before I got the bra and my hood is tore up with rock marks. I'd hate to see what it would be like without a bra.

I installed it myself & have a 24" roll if your interested in some. My car is yellow, however this material is specifically designed not to crack fade or yellow. I've had it on my car for 1.5 years & have not one chip in my paint. I mostly drive on the highway & I'm extremely pleased with this product, also next to invisible. This will cover from the front of the hood to about 2" under the hood scoop. Factory is probably not 3M & not as thick. This is 8 mil. thick. All you have to do is wax it like the rest of the car, very low maintenance. Bugs come off with water & a towel.
