I think you should do exhasut first. U dont need a muffler if ur getting an exhaust. Also i think you should do rims then kits. I dont like cars w/kits and no rims. Looks funny

i would say sound system then suspension. makes it funner in my opinion.

well the kit i want comes in all white so i dont want a two tone car i have a buget of 4000 dollars think i could get all that done withs that. how much would a paint job cost any way. i saved up 4000 dollars could that get me all the stuff you guys are tellin me to get. iam lookin at now Exhaust (intake),headers, springs,strut tower bars so thats mosty engine then ex rims body hood paint. then sound system

If you've only got 4000 dollars then just get 18 inch split rims, coilovers, strut brace and tints. These are the only mods the Celica needs. Body Kits look crap  when you're on a small budget. Good paint alone will cost you 4000++++

Oh, and JL audio are crap. Try high end Fusion or Bose. If you're just after a sub though and don't want to break the bank go for Rockford Fosgate.
