Compression is a little high, but its way better than stock. Don't fool yourself, if you intercool it, set up the ECU, run a wastegate computer, headers, highflow cat, blow off valve & all the other goodies ... you will be pushing A LOT MORE than 215hp.
With the stroker & the right components is not impossible to be seing numbers in the 400's.

I think 215hp @ 6 psi is a good estimate. Bumping up to 12 psi would be sick though and is the main reason for the upgraded internals... I'd expect 250+ easy
I think you can bore it up and boost it up passed 300 hp BUT anything beyond that...it will get harder. When I build engine, I think about how far I want to carry it out...
In Japan, 350 hp is considered WALL because components in the engine start to fail past 350hp.
From your list, 550 cc injector is little too big for 215 hp. 450cc injector would be enough.
165 LPH Fuel Pump is little too small for the Turbo I think. Mine used to run 270 hp and my fuel pump was 255 LPH.
Im currently on my mission to make my engine into 500hp... I'll keep you guys posted too.
Tell me how much hp you are looking for. I will choose you the best fuel pump and injector sizes and other things that you will have to use to achieve that horsepower. I got celica GTs coming in for some internal work so I will check everything out...
Knowing what kind of hp you want to achieve helps a lot since right now, it's at planning stage and you can modify the specs without losing tonz of money. I also may have extra injectors lying around too...

minimum of 250hp - max of 300hp... after that the tranny may develop problems so I don't want to push it much farther. I appreciate your advice on any parts I may need for that config -
You're going to be losing traction a lot and you will need a way to counter the torque steer (it can usually be dissapated by working with the suspension and the LSD). Good luck.
The next most important upgrade is big brakes and suspension. Its all worthless unless you can stop that power. Thats what my old neighbor said about his lambo, the first thing he did was get some big ass brakes
