After considering this many times, it's finally down to a decision... I'm striving to keep my celi as clean as possible, especially with my upcoming Kam kit, but I love Carbon Fiber hoods. For the latter I'd choose FiberImages OEM-style but don't want to break up the lines of the carbon blue exterior... So the question is - Would you put a Carbon Fiber hood on carbon blue and what are your opinions on this combo for my car specifically?

if you put a blue glaze over it that would look sweet... true, but I love the look of Carbon Fiber and if I get the hood it'll stay unpainted - hence the dilemma...

find a Carbon Fiber hood that has a blue/black weave in it. it'll match.

why not?
your RMM wing has the Carbon Fiber center piece.
the OEM Carbon Fiber hood will flow.
maybe get yourself a pair of Carbon Fiber TRD style eyelids.

maybe get yourself a pair of Carbon Fiber TRD style eyelids. true, my wing does have a Carbon Fiber blade but the hood is a lot bigger and sits right next to the exterior color whereas the spoiler is elevated and provides less of a contrast - I may have to get tony to chop some pics for me -

i think the blue-weave Carbon Fiber hood would contrast greatly with your wing. i can't say the same about carbon blue (i haven't seen many pics of it) but carbon fiber looks hot on the Spectra Blue Mica.

just get Carbon Fiber hood and paint it if you don't think it will look good... painting Carbon Fiber just seems like a waste to me... anyway, I think I'm going for it - FiberImages OEM Carbon Fiber hood -

fiber image and OE tuning has the best quality carbonfiber hood. They fit perfect and and are lighter than other carbonfiber hoods. i know this since i had VIS hood before and now i have Fiber images. if you get a carbonfiber hood, you have to get hoodpins, which will kill the part"clean look" or else its not safe.
and i don't think carbonfiber makes car look clean. it will look raced out, but not very clean. Specially on black or midnight blue car. All carbon fiber hood does is make you car look different, not clean, unless you have other carbonfiber parts.

Ordinarily, I'm a huge fan of carbon fiber, but if you want a clean look, I'd just leave your stock hood on. I don't think your headlight covers would look right if you had a carbon fiber hood.
