The LEDs behind my temperature dial and fan speed dial in my center console are burnt out. Can you get replacements for these bulbs or not? If so where, how much, that sorta thing?

replace them with colored LED's I'm pretty sure if you get the right Voltage(?) you can switch them out, and even change the color thumbsup

I assumed you could but I thought I read something about have to buy a whole new panel from toyota? I read it on one of these but would need someone to confirm it. but if i could just buy some replacements that would be great

They are not LEDs, they are bulbs, therefore, you cannot replace them with LEDs.

And to answer your other question, no, the bulbs cannot be purchased without buying a whole new heater assembly.

Check the multi fuses in the cockpit fuse box, and see if it's blown or not. Mine was, which caused both bulbs to go out. They shouldn't both burn out at the same time.

ok so i can't buy replacement bulbs and i checked the fuses so i either can buy a whole new assembly or else go with the neon installation? Is that about right? thanks for the feedback slidr
