Props to all yall who've done this mod. I just got an insert in the mail from Toyota. There is an actual coupon for a Genuine Toyota Cabin Air Filter replacement. With the coupon, the price is...drumroll... $59.95. Thats right folks, $60 w/ a coupon. A couple weeks ago I spent $9.95 on a furnace filter from Home Depot to make my custom cabin air filter.  $59.95-$9.95= savings of $50!!!!!

Sweet! Maybe it has a TRD sticker on it or something! LOL the fools! Yeah I buy a big filter for $12.00 and I'm able to get 4 replacements out of it. Go toyota!!!!

i've tried this...and the air flow inside the cabin is more restricted tho. better that, than all the smog from LA traffic.

I think its on the solara too, but as for sport compacts go, yeah I'm pretty sure, because there is actually a space for it behind the glove box, that toyota put in
