so i ordered a pair of tail lights from another member on here on july 19th. i still have not recieved these tails, but the guy swears that he sent them out, but he sent them military postal w/o any insurance or verification  anyways, this seems like a ridiculously long time for these to get here, and in order for paypal to get me my money back i have to claim with in 30 days (about 5 days now) do you think i should make the claim or just wait? i don't wanna get the shaft here

Judd WTF, no LNK  If he sent them out then he should have a receipt, ask for a copy of the receipt. If he makes up some  excuse, then file the claim with Paypal.

If he sent them out then he should have a receipt, ask for a copy of the receipt. If he makes up some excuse, then file the claim with Paypal.

give it another few days.. or call your Postal OFfice or whatever, and check if they have a package for you.

I say ask him to scan you a pic of the receipt. That one is a good idea.

yeah, i'm gonna wait and see if it comes monday, if not, i'm filing. he says he doesn't have any receipts etc so i am wondering

Its his responsibility to get them to you. If it gets lost in the mail on the way, its not your problem.

thats why i order things through respectable companies...not through someone you don't know at all... I wouldn't sbject myself to that kind of irritation
