i just debadged my emblems off the rear of my 03 celica... it looks really clean now!
so i'm kinda puzzled on how to take off the front emblem on my grill...
it has 3 clips of some sort, and i was wondering how to take the emblem off without destroying the grill and without having to take off the front bumper if possible. i've searched already but didnt find what i was looking for, so i'm posting this thread wave

if you take your bumper off, you'll be able to see the way it is attached from behind

there is a single screw on the reverse side, center of the black plastic grill... once you have the front bumper off, everything becomes more apparent.

along with the single screw, there are clips holding the assembly into place...

you have a action package? or the regular bumper? if you have the action package, all you do is basically pull the emblem off from what ive heard. hope someone else can vouch for this.

I have the action package and I just broke it off, but if you plan on keeping it you would have to take off the bumper I think

I have been wondering the same thing(s). I took off the back markers and have been eyeing the Toyota symbol as dispensable.

A black car with no markings at all is just sweet (insert Cartman's voice here!). I have an 03 Celi with action package - can you just pull that lame Toy logo off or do you need to take off the bumper to do it 'right'?

BTW: Painting it black would be the next best alternative - I'm with you on that!
