hey guys, so i originally thought this item was not made my RMM because the rmm carbon fiber hood scoops are full replacements, not just carbon fiber overlays. so i left the seller a neutral feedback on ebay, and he emailed me saying that the item is authentic RMM, and he purchased it from rodmillenstore.com. if you check out the website, the carbon fiber scoop they offer is a NEW replacement design, meaning the older ones were not full replacement. thus, i can say this scoop is authentic rmm. the carbon fiber weave is good, thus i was impressed when i thought it was some kind of cheap replica. however, im still going to sell it because i rather get a full carbon fiber hood. $40 shipped takes it. i paid 70 dollars for this and it has never been used, still brand new. comes with the adhesives to attach to the stock hood scoop ![[Linked Image]](https://celicahobby.com/forums/attach/1870097687-Pics%20001.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://celicahobby.com/forums/attach/1870097688-Pics%20003.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://celicahobby.com/forums/attach/1870097691-Pics%20002.jpg)

Just wanted to say that you are 100% correct about the RMM scoop. The authentic one is real carbon fiber (I purchased one myself, so I know). That aside, Good luck on the sale!

the hoodscoop is very very slightly raised, just because there is a layer of carbon fiber on top of the scoop
