Well, i feel kinda dumb asking this question, but right now my VVTI doesn't want to engage at all when i hit the 6000rpm mark. I can feel it die a little. I imagine that it could be with my spark plugs or distributor cap and rotor. But i'm unsure. I only have 68000 miles on my 2000 GTS and it feels like its getting sluggish, i have changed the oil recently so i know it can't be that. It feels like an electrical problem but i do know it was working about a month ago. Please can someone help me with this ordeal.

Yep, lift bolts.
And is this happening all of the time, or just sometimes?
