So I went to the service manager to tell him what the price of the bodywork for my car was gonna be. (if you didn't read the other post, toyota broke one of my sideskirts that was molded in). He said the estimate was bullshit, that they were charging him too much because he's a dealer. He said that he'd pay it but that they'd never work on my car again. He said it was because this cost more money that I'd ever spent there before. Except for the fact that my family's last 5 cars have come from Toyota. We also take all of them to that dealership. That's just some BS right there. I'm thinking about finding out who his boss is and writing a letter after they pay for the bodywork.

Get Toyota head office involved & the BBB & have your lawyer write a letter. Then once you get them to bend, switch dealers.

My sister was looking for a car from Smart Motors here (Toyota dealer). They told us that they had a Carola (sp?) come in that was perfect price for us. So my parents and sister went in. They ask where the car is. A dealer sold it. So my dad had a nice conversation with his Boss. We know the boss personaly. He said the next car they got in for us they will take off the markup. So now my sister has a nice almost brand new Carola (sp?) for cheap.. I think it was 4K. It was from a lady in Florida that hardly used it. Deals can be such jerks.

Don't just talk to his manager first...
Go to the guy that told you this, and ask for the name of his supervisor. If he asks why, then tell him that you don't like the way you are being treated, and that your family has purchased multiple cars from his dealership, and that he is welcome to in-house repair your kit (which he won't do), or just buy him a new kit since his goons were at fault for it.
Tell him that you want this resolved as fast and easily as possible, but him denying you service for his comrades mistakes is ridiculous.

It gets better now. I got a call from my dad later today. He said that the service manager called and said that they would not pay for the repairs, that $1400 was too much. So my dad called up our bodyshop and James said he'd cut the labor off of it and do it for just $1000. That pisses me off. Just wait until I get back to Florence. I'm gonna nail his balls to the fucking wall. He brakes shit on my car for the 2nd time and has the nerve to tell me that he's not going to pay for it and that he's no longer going to service my car. Who does he think he is???

that is some complete bullshit...that is completely not fair...you put all your hard work into your car and all, and they break something...and think nothing off it, but when you brake something yourself and take it in, they make a big ass deal about it...
