I have a big problem.. my engine is really messed up...i brought it to my toyota dealer and they diagnost it and they said that cyclinder 3 has no compreshion and it was misfired or some shit like that..to repair it, it cost around 2000-3000$ just for that 3rd cyclinder...i think thats way too much..should i replace all 4 cyclinder or rebuilt the whole block or any thing i should do? its a gts engine

I wouldnt accept answers like "it misfired or some shit". Id find out EXACTLY what they're tellin you. Misfiring like that shouldnt cause 3000$ in engine damage.

The misfire was the symptom to a screwed piston. Buy a used motor & drop it in. It will cost you about $2000 plus your own labour.

DOOOOOOOOOD  I have a 2003 motor for sale..for under 3 G's...with very very very low mileage on it...and guaranteed that this motor was never abused or raced...

Before you go to extremes, make sure that the spark plug in cylinder 3 is functioning correctly.
I had the same thing happen in my old car, and I took it in to have it serviced.
They told me that one of my cylinders wasn't firing, and that the piston could have snapped off inside of the cylinder.
I went home, and found out that the spark plug was cracked.
But yeah, if they did do diagnostics, then they would have already checked the plugs, and then your engine is most likely done for.
But the shop I took it to was a shitty hole in the ground, and they didn't bother to do proper diagnostics.

you probably just have a burnt out ignition coil
i had the same problem, take it to the dealer...another one

I did checked my sparked plug and they were burnt out and i replace them all and its still the same
