If your fender is rusted, then it should be covered under the corrosion warranty. They shouldn't deny you repairs of the lift bolts since you have mods, but if they try to (which they might), then get pissed.
If you are a teen, get your parents to talk to them.
Mods would not put any extra pressure on the lift bolts.

Just go in there acting like you know what you are talking about, and bring in a printout of your warranty, and also print out the TSB on this web site regarding the Lift Bolts.
Just go in there, and you do the talking, not them.
Tell them that you want your car fixed. Don't ask.
If they start throwing bullshit at you like...
Well your mods probably snapped the lift bolts, or since you put those mods on, you probably blew your engine.
Just call them on it, and tell them that there was a flaw in the lift bolts, and that's why they broke. Also, remember to bring a copy of your warranty (you actually don't have to), but for sure bring in a copy of the TSB.
Let them know that you mean business.

thanks a lot but becuase of the fender i think the kit did brake it more since the kit is so low i have the blitz and when i get out the drive way it moves that broken part so i think it will be a good idea to put the stock bumper back but thanks for the help.

General hate-ness and swearing can give results. My old celica (a '98) had a side window that wasn't alligned correctly. So whenever I washed the car, I had small drops of water on the INSIDE of my window. Not a BIG deal, but pissed me off enough to take it up with the dealership where I bought it from.
They served me some bullshit about "the celica isn't made to withstand hi-pressure water jets, just regular rain/garden hose." So I get severely pissed off, and said I was going to write to a couple of newspapers/trade magazines and tell them that toyota says their cars can't be washed with anything stronger than a garden hose.
Then they fixed the window, and everything was fine.
Just annoying when you KNOW they're serving you bullshit 'cause they just don't want to fix stuff 'cause its a warrany issue.
