1988 ST165, W/Supra CT-26 Turbo . everytime i hit the gas slow and soft it will run well but,if i hit it hard or more then 1/2 of the pedal it brakes up bad and has trouble getting any boost. i just got the car 3 weeks ago.don't know shit about this car
<= 89' ST165 3S in my 91' GT. hmmm it could be lots of things . do you get a CEL ? how long have you had this problem ? any recent repairs done to it ?
it was not running when i got it . i put a new air meter and it ran ok. no mods. new o2 sensor, TPS sensor,main BRG,rod BRG,oil pump,sump set,T/belt,IG coil,and bunch of gasket
