is there a way to turn on the fogs without having to turn on the headlights?

I believe you have to do the fix listed in the install section that gives you independant control of the fogs.

there is a red wire by your driver side kick panel, you need to cut that wire by the relay...can't remember...

mine don't come on with other lights, i have to turn them on

mine don't come on with other lights, i have to turn them on If you leave them on, then they should come on/off with the low beams.

Look at the wiring diagram. The ground is switched at the headlamp stalk. If you remove teh drivers kickpanel, locate the relay and cut the relay wire (Green?) and splice it into the regular ground it shoudl work anytime vehicle power is present.
