Going to try to drill out broken lift bolt piece but I think the shaft may have rotated moving the broken piece out of allignment with the whole. If it is can the shaft be rotated with out doing the hole TSB? I mean could you grab the shaft with vice grips and rotate it with out pulling the chain? Any ideas?

I want two drivers who refused to be stopped. I want you to elude whatever pursuit is thrown your way. Get the bags from my stash house to the Keys, where I will have a cargo plane ready to take off. Drive on to that plane and we’re gone.

Rotate the entire motor, not the shaft. Either use the starter or put a socket on the bottom pulley & rotate in a clockwise positition.

I don't think that would work. The rocker shaft isn't a moving piece normally, it only moves when the lift bolt is broken and only from vibration of the engine. Thats the problem it moves but normally it is stationary. Is this correct?

I'm not sure what a rocker shaft is, it sounded like a cam shaft to me. In which case it would rotate with the motor.
