Does anyone have a guide to installing the serpentine belt? My celi is the first car I have seen that doesn't have a sticker under the hood to show you how to put the serpentine belt on.

Check here on where to find the belt tensioner.. https://celicahobby.com/ubbthreads/thread.f_57259_0_collapsed_2__1.htmlBelt routing diagram is also at the bottom of the page. There's no easy way to do it, but I found that removing the passenger side wheel, along with the wheel well cover helps in routing the belt around the lower pulleys.

^^^^yes, that is the best way. It is not difficult to do, but it is VERY tight getting to the belt.

Thanks! Cool! Yah, once you know where the belt goes, its pretty easy. You just put a wrench on the belt tensioner & pull toward the front of the vehicle. The tensioner lets out enough slack to slip the belt on or off the alternator.
