Remove the center console (bottom part). On the other side theres two wires that lead to the side of the actual lighter. You need to pull the bulb out by twisting the base of it a bit. Then, find yourself some cellaphane, wrap it up, stick it back in, and put everything back. Turn your lights on to see it! good luck. If you have any other questions, PM me.

or you can just change the bulb..i think the size is 74.. go to autolumination.com and check out the bulb..

I think he's referring to the gel or plastic caps that you can put over the bulbs to make them different colors...I believe you can pick it up at an autozone or pepboys etc.
