Apparently this guy had a very good reputation for selling quality vizage body kits for cheap...but the last two guys he sold kits to...myself and one other guy...he has NEVER responded to...won't answer phone calls...emails..etc...but took our paypal payments!!!

On day 25 of the purchase, contact paypal and demand they refund your money because of non-delivery.

Paypal has a buyer-protection against that sort of stuff.

The seller needs to SHIP within 7 days of paying through paypal.com. If the buyer cannot provide tracking numbers that prove the item was shipped within 7 days - REGARDLESS if the item was actually shipped... you will get your money back. If the seller shipped the product on the 8th day, you will not only get your money back, but you will also get product for free (loop-hole)

nope... thats ONE of the loop-holes that is vaguely written into their hundred-page policy

Another loop-hole is, if you cannot track the shipped item ONLINE, the shipping company is NOT recognized as a true shipping company... I guess freight companies don't exist -- or at least as far as paypal is concerned

Paypal only recognizes USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and a small handful of others as legitimate shippers. Delivery services are not legit as far as paypal is concerned.

Read thier MANY MANY pages of legalities - across several different web page URLs before continuing to use them.

Paypal is good for some - bad for others. If you know all about paypal, you can use them to your advantage - if you hardly know about them, they COULD use you to their advantage.

Its mostly geared toward low volume purchases/sales.

Did he email you back confirming your order and give you a tracking number etc? Or did you call him or something? I can't get a hold of him!

I paid using paypal on ebay...ya know you click the grey paypal button etc. Paypal says that they won't refund my money because i paid on ebay's site...even though i used paypal...so they say they aren't resposible. How the F*)$ does that work?!

I just got things straightened out with the body kit sale...and well i'll just say no one should buy from this company again unless you stay in contact with the seller at all times. aparently one of the guys working for the company screwed stuff up etc.
