TPR is the best axle back hands down. Dynoed on a GTS with an intake vs TRD (previous best exhaust) with the same intake, TPR gained an extra 7.5hp! eek Low end was better, too, so the car is actually drivable at low RPM now. grin TPR is also at least 20% lighter than TRD. thumbsup

BTW, stick with axle back if you want it to be sound-legal. Cat backs tend to use limited sound reduction for freer flow, and most aren't street legal (like Kazuma). For turbos, a custom turbo back exhaust is your best bet, since you might want 3" piping, which is totally useless on an NA Celica, and no companies make 3" exhausts.

You can PM Easy_C on here if you want to pick up a TPR exhaust, or you can sign up in the official group buy here:

He said LEGAL, which the kazuma IS NOT.

Anyway, a couple of my favorite ones are the Apex'i N1 and Tanabe super racing medallion. TRD would probably be your best bet though. I just don't like it because it's too quiet for me.

Werd, those are the best for N/A. None are gonna be good for f/i. Custom is best for f/i.

TSRM, TRD, Apexi N1, GReddy Evo, TPR!

Depends on what you're after. Power. Sound! mid car or low end power?

BTW, here are some sound clips of the TPR exhaust:

http://easyc.home.comcast.net/TPRex_driveby160.mp3

http://easyc.home.comcast.net/TPRex_rev160.mp3 (low frequency reduced to prevent distortion)

http://easyc.home.comcast.net/TPRex_rev160b.mp3 (full frequency range, distorts towards end)

http://easyc.home.comcast.net/TPRex_idle160.mp3 (amplified to show tone)

has anyone used the Greddy EVO 2 exhaust? i cant get anything on-line because my parents dont want me to buy an exhaust. I plan on going down to the local shop and paying cash...but he only said he carries Greddy and some other company i had never heard of that was real cheap. i dont wanna get a no-name brand rice exhasut...so i think im gonna go with Greddy
