hei all, i scraped the underside of my front bar and so went to get it reprayed. had to go without the car fer like 5 days. and then on the day i got the car back, i went straight from the workshop to a frens place, went inside fer all of 20 mins and some dude backed into my car. the rear bar is a little trashed and it was a genuine veilside as well. and being in Australia, if i have to replace the rear bar, i'd have to pay heaps and get it imprted in

crap sorry to hear that...I am always going to park away from everyone. It doesn't help.. I always park away from other cars and I just found out yesterday (when washing the car) that someone hit my rear bumper. You can see two circlular indentions from the screws on their license plate.. idiots!

can't you make the guy pay for having it imported or maybe the insurance company i don't know unless it's a hit and run (like what happened to me).. then you're pretty much on your own

man that sux, srry to hear about all this  . i just installed my hotchkis springs and jdm headlight covers on fri(11th). on sat(12th) some stupid woman in a pos ford escort was talking on the phone and not paying attention. of course when the light turns red and i stop she rear ends me. the damage is minor (just two circles from her license plate bolts). her ins quoted damage at $321.22 and another $47 for rental car. i might just take the check and fix it myself on a free weekend. but y does this stuff have to happen to peeps who just get things done to their car, o the luck, y me lol ??? brad

the guy told me about it coz he was actually my frens hose renovater. so he said he'd pay for it but if they repair it, i dunnoe if it'll ever be back to 100%. otherwise it'll cost heaps to have another imported and his insurance may try to measle their way out of paying by just having it repaired to a 'fairly good' condition or something. thats wat im afraid of anyway coz it costs heaps to replace.
