So I bought my turbo today 14b with about 10K on it off a wrecked eclipse. perfect for my app. becuase it is small enough to fit, spools up ultra fast, can easily push 7lbs which is about max for the 1ZZ without internal work, and if I do decide to lower compression via bore out and/or forged pistons, all the flanges for the 14b will easily bolt up to a new Big 16g. Im going with a FMIC, prolly spearco, 450cc injectors from the eclipse, and a custom log manifold which I have yet to find.
Anyone know where I can find a custom manifold. Im trying to get one from hass auto but they have MR-s' stacked out the door and wont be able to make one for me for months. Also, I have a S-AFC, still up in the air if I can get it to work with my ECU. If I cant, will the increased flow from the 450cc injectors be enough to compensate for 7lbs of boost so I wouldent have to worry about managing it?

i believe that your stock ECU should be able to handle the 7 psi boost...a good place to call and ask though, would be Stafford Fabrications... they have the best turbo kit that I know of for the GT

yeah im aware of the SAFC problems on the celica, Im gonna try my hardest to get it to work, Zen motorsports, (where im installing everything) seems to think they can make it work by adjusting some sensors to trick the ECU into wide open mode all the time. If that wont work, then ill have to drop the 1200 for a new power FC, which will make me cry.
