I don't think so...my brother sold two exhaust he had on his tundra with no problems. I think just make sure it isn't damaged...other than that tell them to clean it up real nice.
just ask the seller if there is anything wrong with the exhaust you want to buy. maintain thorough communication with all your sellers on internet purchases
