Well, you may have a leak on your condenser. If the leak can be sealed and then all you need is to recharge the cooling agent.

I had a piece of metal punched a hole on mine. It was beyond repair. Toyota wanted $1000 to install a new one. I just bought an aftermarket one and changed it myself. The unit cost $375.

Be sure to take it to a honest mechanic or dealership to get it recharge. Unfortunate for me, I took it into Glendale Toyota after I installed the new condenser. As it turned out, Glendale Toyota in CA is the shadiest dealership ever. They charged me $80 to recharge the cooling agent, then they had the nerves to tell me that my new condenser was leaking. And it would take $1000 to fix it. I gave them the finger and took it to a local mechanic. They recharged it and pressure-tested for $180. So, the whole thing cost me around $550, not counting the $80 those SOB at Glendale Toyota took from me.

You may just need a refill on coolant.
