whenever i go into lift, the tach stops at about 7300, but the engine keeps winding..think it could be the gauges??or the motor, or do you think that toyota put in a rev limiter there when they fixed my motor??really sux, because now i cant land lift

is the car warmed up?
if its not, it won't go over 7300 rpm

it was warm, it just gets like stuck...itll move a little bit past it, but it hesitates

Its probably the gauge malfunctioning. Have Toyo test it & replace it if its done.
