It probalby has a salvage title for that price. If not, then it is a terrific deal.

Just remember 2001 still has all those problems and it doesnt have some features the newer ones have.

And I wouldnt post the link up if I were you because you chances of getting it just decrease by this much. I bet atleast a dozen members called in for the car already lol .

Definitely run a CARFAX on it to check for salvage title. Post the VIN # here and somebody can probably run it.

I had the same thing goin' down a while ago when I was looking at this '00 GTS. Turned out when I got an e-mail from the guy, he said he supposedly took those pictures several months ago, and that since then him and his family had moved to fucking Bulgaria or something like that, and that i'd have to wire money via western union.

..I think it was that same price too.

Thats really a good deal! Something must be wrong with it. cause i have an 01 GT and it cost me 13gz for everything.

Sup with that? I say there must be something major going on. I never heard of an all stock Celica failed emission test before.

Good Eye. Failed Emissions??? That was just this year too about two months ago. I thought before you sell your car it has to pass emissions . Good luck to whoever purchases it sounds too good to be true. Hopefully know one buys it until all the problems are fixed.

Here's my tought:

1. Only $7950 GTS transported to and from different country under seller expense.

2. Conflict between seller and CARFAX records (Ownership info and Emission inspection).

By the way I found where the car is and it's not even in Europe it's in ATLANTA GA! Hennessy Lexus has the car for $17,790.

That seller Chris Lopez is he's a fraud and theif.

Price seems ok to me for $17K. If you want it stop by at Hennessy Lexus in Atlanta, bring a copy of CARFAX report check the care for any damage underneath and test drive it. Yeah I say drive around for 45 mins. and hit lift several times. Who know you might still get $3K off the asking price.

Oh well, good try.

Buttom line is the seller in the listing is a fraud. Henessey Lexus won't even acknowledge to the listing unless it's them you put it in there in the first place. Forget about the listing and if you want the car contact Henessy Lexus in Atlanta. Then again the price is $17,795, you could probably bring a carfax report indicating the failed emission test and probably get $2500 - $3K off.

wouldnt do it my 2002 gts was 18k with 15k on it
