As long as all the adapters are there it should. Universal knobs come with pin screws to hold to the shaft, a thread ring to screw on to, and plastic sleeves to cover the old threads.

I have a Isotta knob and I love it, looks fantastic and has never come loose.

i just left the stock shift knob on i kinda like it
