not only lots of work, it will tell you the temperature reading in celsius. i used to like the climate control, but not anymore. i think the car looks sweeter with just the way it is now in the US

Tons of people have done all the research... and it's insanely expensive for such a minor mod. I think someone said putting a JDM center console with LCD screen was cheaper.

I figured its expensive, but its just the whole idea of giving our sports car a more luxurious sort of feel inside. My rear view mirror has a built in thermeter and compass so that celsius issue wont bother me.

If n e one has any links, know of someone who has done, or can tell me where to search, please let me know.

Thanks

I don't either. However, the Celica CAN out perform many "Sports cars" in a bunch of areas. Skidpad Lateral G's, breaking, Slalom...

Therfore I think that it is a "Sporty" car.

Yeah, we get them in europe. Your local toyota dealer should be able to help you with the parts. My small town toyota dealer here in norway orders JDM stuff for me, so a dealer in the US should be able to get stuff from europe without problems. Or else he's a f'ing retard.

What is the price of JDM parts in Norway? Do those local dealers charge you a lot or same good deal as mine?

I've only ever bought 1 true JDM part, which was a rear lip for a bumper on a toyota carina e gt. That was a special order from japan, and cost me about 570 dollars - just for a lip. So...pretty expencive.

But the rest of the time, I've settled for euro spec parts (which is the same as the jap spec parts a lot of the time).

If you need any JDM or TRD Parts. Let me know and I can ship it to Norway or anywhere in Europe, so it will save you some money thumbsup

My bad the Celica is more of a "Sport Compact" car.

Alhough the Celica was design to be a performer, not a go get groceries kind of car, so the term "Sport" should go with the car.

Sheesh...do you guys even like your Celicas???

Does anyone know why Toyota took out the climate controls and the navigation option for the U.S. models?

I want a Nissan Nismo 350Z!
