Ok guys, I'll thinking of doing a complete upgrade on my sound system ... but I want your guys opinions on this first. I'm thinking should I get a pair of decent ones or just one really good one? What do you think

I'm wondering how to get a 15" woofer in the trunk. From the floor to the shelf you only have 15" space.

well let me step in here either way ur gonna get weight the sub i'm workin on gettin is like 40lbs plus the box has to be strong i mean heavy duty to handle the sub so thats another 100lbs or so least my box will be so thats a person always in the rear! but see i'm not just goin with a 15" there will be a 10" for my mids cause the 15 can't hit some freq. that the 10 but thats what i'm doin beacause i want the most out of it but i think you should go with some nice 12"s like hmmm kicker L7 and a huge amp for you darren i'd go 2-12's

I went through too many systems...My opinion...our celica is a cheater car...don't need much to sound loud it's tiny and got that hatchback. I was gonna put my 15 i had, but my 15 especially 90lbs in the box too much weight, so i decided to just a nice 12 not as heavy and i save weight, but still got a loud car. But you can also put 2 10s or 2 12s, but i just afford nothing right now, but one 12, def. 2 12s will be loud enuff if you want to save money.

2 10's would sound good, but if you wanna be really thumpin 2 12's is the way to go.

Two 12's will give you better range. The 15" will hit the lower notes really well, but you may have some sound gap between your mid and your bass... IMHO, I like solid TIGHT bass. Depending on your setup, my experience is that you'd need a very nice ($$$) 15" in a good box (more $$$) to get a nice sound. Get two 8's and a 12'
