you'd need new headlamps , new wiring, new bulbs, everything , it would be like $3000 from the dealer

there's a guy parting out a couple of celicas they're 2001 and 2000 i dont know if he might be able to help you with some parts but if you want his email is arnautz@yahoo.com, he usually takes a couple of days to answer though.

HID kits were optional on 2003+, so unless he's bought them himself he probably doesn't have them...

Not worth it. They charge more for the stupid parts than they do for the factory option.

Reasonable price nope best to go used... but as Toyotapartsdude said.. you'd need new headlamps , new wiring, new bulbs you could try finding used headlamps and then just get ballast and bulbs then modify your wiring a bit and u'd be set.. then again i've been looking for another OEM HID headlamp for awhile I still just have one
