tried them both, falken ziex 512s are the shit, or the azenis. Toyo is alright but for water the falkens handle a ton better.

What are the new Falkens? They're like, barely street legal. Lemme look... Oh ok, it's the Azenis Sport. Yeah, those look like they'd grip like hell. I'll probably switch to those next.

yeah go Toyo. RA-1's treadwear is 40. Highly unlikely you'll spin on those unless you want to, or it's raining. But the wet traction is excellent on those tires too. Best tires I've had, ever.
I get my kicks on EC.

i use to have the Yoko AVES100's the tire noise on these are horrible... then i switched over to the FALKEN 451's tires... much quietER... and they handle great...
and the tred design is very similar to the Yokos... i love the tred design and i was really picky about that...

I have Falken 451s and they are AWSOME! Didn't realized how crappy stock tires were before I had those on!!! And for some reason they are a lot more quite than stock.

I would perfer Falken 451's but unless you're gonna do some hardcore auto-X is not gonna make all that much of a difference which tire you go with. They're all pretty close in terms of performance and price.

I have toyo proxes on mine...definitely no complaints...they're the only ones i've had on my celica so i can't exactly compare...but i'm suprised how hard i can take turns...even on a rainy day like today was. plus they look great. I'd recommend them to anyone

I've had Toyo Proxies on for less than 10k miles. The handling is great, but 1 out of 4 of them has developed a bubbles in the sidewall. It looks like I'll have to replace that one soon. I was hoping it would of lasted a bit longer than this.

i dont think you can go wrong with choosing either one. They are both good tire companies.

i dont think you can go wrong with choosing either one. They are both good tire companies. I already stated i liked toyo proxes...BUT if there's this much positive feedback about both...it seems like both are a good decision. So i would just pick one based on price and treadwear and looks if that matters to you.

eric your steering wheel is probably vibrating because your wheels are out of alinment that could be it but the manager at tires plus told me thats not gonna help, but theyre half retarded sometimes. maybe one of my coils is higher then the other or something i know some other people have this problem too

What were you doing when you spun out? You can spin out with any tire. Which would you rather have done, spin or roll? And as for the ticket, you probably weren't doing something very intelligent if you got stopped by the cops. Gravel maybe?

yesterday i was in my school parking lot...and started off slow and then hit the gas and turned the wheel...trying to spin out at least a little...and i didn't see how fast i was going but I let off of the gas before my tires even chirped a little bit...our parking lot is new and no gravel etc...well i was against the side of my car...I don't know if my proxes are better than the falkens...but i know they're pretty damn grippy by my standards...
btw a lot of people are asking about this question recently...it's turning into the 'which turbo should i get for my car' thread
