i have just installed 225/50/16 Lassa Impetus Sport tires to my stock 16 inch rims.. is there any idea if it is ok or not? It looks nice from the back of the car and some comfortable improvemens noticed while i am driving the car... .. any idea?
I prefer to not to do anything if i do not perfectly know what i am doing.

Those are the same size as stock. Just checked mine.

mine are 205/50r16's.. those are the original tires from factory..
PS I was also wondering if I could put a bigger or wider tire on my wheels for better snow traction(wider) and a cheaper way to fill up my wheel wells alittle bit(taller 65 ratio).

Though our rims are 16inch they're only 6.5inch wide, and from what I've seen 225 is the widest that will fit that width for size 16inch rims. I'm sure the taller tires will fit but they may not look very well or perform as well as the smaller ratio, but since it's for snow I think it's not that bad of an idea, you could change them out later once it gets warmer and keep the bigger tires for winter driving.

225/50 will fit on stock GTS rims. I've seen it

I bought and put the tires 225/50/16 but they are not lokking so good because they are 50 in height.. i think it is better to put 45 in height for 225 tires...
I prefer to not to do anything if i do not perfectly know what i am doing.
