On Friday i was cleaning my car when we were in front of my dads shop and he was trying to clean the headlights but i told him dont bother cause that shit doesnt come out. He left and came back out w/ toothpaste and put it on the damn headlight. That shit actually worked perfect all you have to do is apply a little and remove with a moist cloth or as long as that shit is wet. but it does miracle. Oh yeah it was Colgate too.

It's when moisture builds up on the inside of your light. Usually caused by a bad seal.

The toothpaste acts as a mild abrasive on plastic. It's when moisture builds up on the inside of your light. Usually caused by a bad seal. He is not talking about the moisture buildup on the inside of headlights. He is talking about how the outside of the headlight gets dirty and dull. Instead of using plastic polish, you can use toothpaste.

Whatever it is that shit is gone and the headlights look way better & I think it was the regular kind of paste cause the gel one is too expensive to waste on it. Yeah just apply it to the top and let it sink in for like a second then clean it off.
