They don't make the V2 for Celicas, it's the Gen 2 (which they sell here at EC). More info can be found here brother..hope this helps. AEM CAI details [ aempower.com]

The V2, believe it or not, is actually a short ram system. However, it is uniquely designed so that air is compressed and travels quickly to the manifold.
Some people on RSX sites have argued by saying "yeah, but it's still bringing in hot air like a short ram." The only benefit of having cold air entering your engine is because cold air is more compressed than hot air, meaning you can get more O2 molecules in your combustion chamber.
However, V2's design compensates for the hotter air. AEM has even claimed that the V2 has the same or better power gains than their CAI system. Obvious benefits over the CAI include easy installation (it took me 10 minutes to install mine) and no risk of hydrolock.
Anyhow, I think the fact that AEM doesn't have a V2 for the celica really sucks for you guys because it's such a great product.

Yeah it dosen't fit in the celica. AEM does not currently have this product for your application. For a complete listing of available AEM products for your application, please click on "View All Product Applications" icon located in the application search function on the navigation bar to the left. Yeah it kinda sucks that they don't make one for the celica
