Since I had the day off today, I woke up at about 10AM and decided to work on the car since I will be having the garage for 2 weeks.

The plan was to get the Front Strut Bar, Red Top, and Ground Wire Kit installed.

Started with the Ground Wire Kit, I had a hard time doing this because it was the first time I took apart anything on a car, it was really informative tho. Then I went on to replace the battery, this was cake. After, I went and installed the Front Strut Bar, this was also really easy. It was weird how the cheapest mod, the ground wire kit, was the hardest one to do out of all the mods I was planning on installing.

My girl came by and she picked up a package for me, it was my TRD plates. Glad that it finally came so I went and put the plates on, both for the front and back.

All in all, I got to do 4 mods today and still a long way to go. I still have my TWM SS in the garage. Also have to paint my calipers, replace lift bolts, clean mafs and throttle, and change my bulbs.

I will be posting pictures of the new mods this Thursday after I wash my car. It is super dirty right now.

Yeah, I agree. I felt real good knowing the what and where.

I only have a few more mods under the hood before I am satisfied with it.

I highly recommend installing the twm ss next. I just installed mine and love it! I regret waiting this long to do it. If you have any questions about the install please ask.

I got my Supra clear from Ebay, Procarparts sells their products on Ebay under Procarparts I believe. You can save like $5 bucks when compared to the prices on their website. Came fast also.

2nd2nun, yeah, I will be installing the TWM soon. Most likely this Tuesday since I have the whole day to myself. Will also be fixing my parking brake, disabling the DRL, and installing the Low beam Silverstars. Will be posting some pics of those when installed.

BTW, those cheap Megan Racing Front Strut Bar rocks, especially for the price of $45 bucks!! There is this one turn right in front of Lake Merced that I always take daily and after installing the Front Strut Bar, I can notice a whole lot of difference, can clear the turn at 50mph instead of 40mph without any kind of body roll. thumbsup

That is the Bats overlay gas lid. I got it because the previous owner jacked up the paint on the lid when applying the touch up paint to remove a few nicks. He just swabbed a whole mess of touch up paint making it look really nasty. It is either get a TRD Fuel Lid, get a silver lid, repaint it, or get Bats overlay. I went with the overlay because it was cheap and at that time, I ordered his redded out tails overlays so might as well give it a shot.

I like it for now.
