These are the first of many pictures i will take of my car from now on that its painted. I love the way it turned out so far!! I still have to color sand the paint and put my spoiler back on, but i just felt compelled to take some wingless pics while it was off.

im curious as to how they molded that urethane kit to your car? correct me if im wrong, but i was told not to do that by a shop owner because the mold will crack etc... they molded it with fiberglass resin. and as far as i know the only parts that will crack when molded are your front bumper and rear bumper. and even then, only if you hit something with them. i dont think i will be having any problems with my kit...everything should hold up fine unless, like i said i hit something..which would be something anyone w/ a molded kit ..fiberglass or urethane..should be willing to accept. either way thanks for the heads up..ill keep my fingers crossed

Looks bad ass!!! Mad props, I like the whole 2 color scheme too, fo sho do something with your tailights. I like dual exhaust but in my opinion if the tips were say the size of those of trd exhaust would look sick. Just my 2 cents. Looks great though congrats.

Hector,
Hit my friend Robert (owner) up at Audio Vision Montclair. He does better tint than anyone I've ever seen. And he is cheaper than anyone in town. If I tell him you are one of my buddies he'll give you a smokin' deal. When you roll my windows down you can not see any clear glass gaps at the top at all. He also did my windshield. You can't tell in the pics, but mine are that really really light blue (like Mercedes has) so it's hard to tell the windshield is done. I'm off the week between Christmas and New Years I can go there with you if you like...???

He and I have both seen his kit in person. whoah, whoah, whoah...ok well i never thought anyone would really even care since its only a lip kit, but ill settle this right now. i have no reason to keep anything from anyone. i appreciate everyones props as well as critisizms. I bought the kit off of a friend who use to have a celica and had to sell his for a family car. at the time i was looking for the wings west kit because i didnt want something too flashy, just nice and sleek. i needed a new front bumper at the time along with the kit since i had let my friend drive my car one day on the way back from a pary and had a fender bender w/ another car. when my friend showed me the kit he had in his garage i saw it came w/ a front bumper sides and rear lips. i liked it so i bought it. i dont know if you can tell in one of my pics of the car the front bumper is a bit higher than a stock bumper would be with the wings west lip kit. personally i love the kit. i think if i would have had any other kit installed i would have cracked it by now. and yes this kit is fiberglass, but urethane or fiberglass i think the molding wouldnt have been a problem. i dont know if its a VIS Racing TRD knockoff, or a wings west knockoff, but in the end i think it turned out fine. fitment is pretty good, i dont know if you guys see anything horribly wrong with fitment. even before the molding the sides and rear fit perfectly. i just wanted to be different and have my kit molded. when i made my profile back when i first became an e-celica member i didnt know the difference between a real or fake wings west..didnt know the diff between fiberglass or urethane, so i left it like that. if it really bothers anyone ill update that part of my pro. but i dont see why anyone would really care. later on i plan on getting a kam front but for now i am totally happy w/ my current kit!

^^^i agree, do you really think its worth having Hector change his profile. maybe its the TRD Elegante lip. well since it wasnt changed...i assumed that his kit was urethane since WW is a urethane kit and molding urethane is a beyotch i was told and i wanted to figure out he did it. so i guess it would be worth having hector changing it and it would have saved me and him a bunch of time.

Hector, no need for a 3 paragraph essay on your life story dude. I was just telling the other member that he was mistaken. And yes it is a TRD/WW knockoff made by vis. If you look at the e-celica gallery, you will see pics and VIS is the only manufacturer that makes a-lip pre molded to the bumper. That is how Isaac noticed it in person. ^^^i agree, do you really think its worth having Hector change his profile. maybe its the TRD Elegante lip. well since it wasnt changed...i assumed that his kit was urethane since WW is a urethane kit and molding urethane is a beyotch i was told and i wanted to figure out he did it. so i guess it would be worth having hector changing it and it would have saved me and him a bunch of time. told you that you were incorrect. but no harsh feelings intended.

To tell you the truth, I like it. I have a seibon carbon fiber ww style front lip right now and I am very scared to put it on . My car is 2" off the ground so it would just rip off with out an immense amount of work.
So I thought of getting a bumper like yours(since it is all one piece) and getting it made out fo carbon fiber. It would cost about $450 but I am investing it in other areas right now.
And you pretty much have your exterior on check right now. Just get a smaller antenna and change the exhaust tips and you r good to go until you get hungry for more.
