But what bolt is it becasue that will determine if you can drill it out or not. If it is something internal then it cant be drilled out because the metal shavings will go in the engine. So what bolt is it??

The sandpaper will give you grip on the bolt.

If you can get a drill under there, an easy out(basically a reverse threaded dril bit that bites the head inside and allows it to be loosened) they will have them at any hardware store.

If you use the dremel and can't get an even size for a socket, THEN the gator grip will have some edges to cling onto! Watch the sparks from the dremel! Not sure how close that bolt is to your fuel or oil, can't exactly place where it's located from your pic.

Heat the head with a propane torch to make the metal more malleable. Then while its still hot, pound a smaller socket onto it. Wait for it to cool some, then try twisting it off. Or just take it to a shop.
