So I just got new 18" rims on my car. And I figure it's time to slap on a bomex full kit plus drop the car. I was wondering which suspension parts are required / recommended for a 2"-4" drop. Strut's Coilover's etc...

4'' drop damnnnnnnnnnnnnnn withs 18's on a car like a celica i recommend only getting a 1.5 drop so there wont be much scraping and and would be pretty nice/clean looking with a kit. my recommendations for springs would be tein s-tech which is what i got right now but with 15's . but either way it would be a nice drop for what you want 4 inch drop is just gonna be plain nasty

You can just buy springs that will lower the car 2" but the stock struts wont last long so I would recomend to upgrade the struts while your changing the springs.

Some good shocks with a 2" drop are the KYB AGX.
