hey for all you who installed ur springs i need your help... how come the hochkits springs on the stock shocks are not tall l enough.. when i put the top cap back on.. the spring, shock, and cap and not snugyly fit together.. the spring has room to move around.. and i cant tighten it anymore.. please help!

Did you lower your car back down when you noticed the looseness? If not that may be the problem. take the car off jacks and then you have a true gouge of whats goin on.

im changing my sprigns rite now.. i dont wanna put the new strut in place if it doesnt even line up correctly.. is it supposed to be this loose b4 i put it in?

hmm, this is interesting. I would like to know as well because I will be installing these springs next weekend.

I have hotchkis springs...yes it will be smaller...when you put it back on the car just make sure the spring and strut are all lined up. The weight of the car will hold it down just fine...don't worry about it. thumbsup
