Hey guys, I m looking at cleaning my engine. What are some tips you can offer me? What specific parts should i be careful with (with cleaning agents)? Also, what are some good things to use when cleaning?

be careful though on my VW forum someone sprayed a ton of water into the engine.. didn't drain it and all... and man he had a blown engine lol.. we laughed really really hard about it

gt or gts? and are you just cleanign the engine bay or you gonna clean specific components like the IACV, MAFS, TB, etc.. ?
also 6spd or auto.
